What is CaseTrust?

::: What does CaseTrust Mean to YOU, the Consumer?

As a consumer, when you walk into a CaseTrust shop, you can shop to your heart’s content, assured that what you see is what you get. Even if there are problems later, you can resolve it in a friendly manner with the shop. Sounds good?

As consumers, you can help this scenario come true! Ask your favourite shops to be CaseTrusted! It is a tangible commitment they can make to you, as their customers.

::: What CaseTrust Means to YOU, the Business
Being CaseTrusted reinforces your business’s commitment to your customers. This recognition further instills consumer confidence in your company’s products and services, resulting in increased consumer loyalty and repeated patronage for your business.

We are also aiming to prepare you for the Fair Trading legislation, ensuring that your businesses will not unwittingly violate the law. The rigorous accreditation process that all businesses undergo to qualify for the scheme also enables your business to be well adapted to meet the needs and demands of international consumers.

::: What benefits can my business get being CaseTrusted?

  • Greater Exposure. CaseTrusted companies are publicised on CASE website, featured in our annual reports and consumer magazines from time to time.

  • Gain immediate recognition by consumers as a company they can trust.

  • Ride onto free publicity programmes by CASE. We plan to work with relevant referral service providers to recommend CaseTrusted companies to all their database of customers.

  • Educational programmes such as seminars on the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.

  • Availability of CASE Mediation facilities to resolve disputes at a low cost.
